Infants & First Class Visiting Stonehall Farm

Wednesday March 20th, is the date Juniors, Seniors and First Class go on their Field Trip to Stonehall Farm.

Table Toppers Championship 2013!

Friday, March 22nd is the date for this year's much-anticipated Table Toppers Championship final.  Once again, Mr. O'Connor will be the problem-setter-in-chief. He will be ably assisted by timekeeper/scrutineer, Ms Noonan.  The finals will be held, as usual, in the School hall and the three finalists from each class be welcomed into the Hall with cheers and a musical fanfare. The question on everyone's mind will be: Can Sarah retain her title--or will Patrickswell NS have a new TT Champ this year?

5th Class Trip to Atlantiquarium

Ms Gallagher's 5th Class will take part in a Science Field Trip on Thursday, March 21st. On this date they will visit the "Atlantiquarium" in Galway and participate in the dissection of a squid!

Spell-athon & Vocab-athon!

The testing of Irish vocabulary and spellings (Seachtain na Gaeilge Spellathon 2013) will take place in the school on Thursday and Friday, this week. This activity aims to raise a small amount of much-needed revenue for the school  It also aims to help pupils improve their Irish vocabulary and spelling, during Seachtain na Gaeilge. Labhair í agus mairfidh sí!
